The Junior Company (ages 9-TEEN)

CDC’s Junior Company consists of dedicated students that train in ballet, contemporary and jazz.


The Teen Contemporary Company

(advanced Teens)

CDC’s Junior Company consists of dedicated students that train in ballet, pointe, partnering, Limon (modern)

contemporary and jazz.


These students are featured in performances such as The Nutcracker, The Dance Parade NYC and other local events. Students participate in master classes throughout the semester and have the opportunity to audition for summer national workshops & intensives.


The Junior Ensemble (ages 6-9)

CDC’s Junior Ensemble are younger dancers focused on preparing for the Junior Company. They are required to take ballet technique alongside

one-two choice electives.


AUDITIONS

Please email tamara@ctdancecenter.com for details on how to audition for the Junior Ensemble (ages 6-8), Junior Company (ages 9-Teen) & Company (advanced).


JR. CO. REQUIREMENTS

Students must be registered in two ballet classes, one contemporary or jazz and one choice elective. Students must be able to attend Saturday afternoon rehearsals.

Students must be registered in two ballet classes*, one contemporary or jazz, Limon (modern), partnering, variations and one choice elective. Students must be able to attend Saturday afternoon rehearsals.


*more ballet classes are required to be on-pointe

Students must maintain good attendance.

Teens must participate in the Teen Assistant Workshops hosted by CDC and assist a regularly appointed class.
